Inspired by a Mediterranean breakfast, we’ve blended the natural sweetness of organic Turkish dates and dried figs with fresh lemon zest, raw honey, our handmade fruit, nut & honey crumble, to create a wholesome classic.

Premium, organic Spanish pistachios are the perfect complement to raw, Mediterranean honey. This timeless regional favourite is not only high in taste but also in protein and essential minerals.
raw Peruvian chocolate nibs
Cacao is originally from the Amazon basin and was brought to the Mediterranean around the mid-16th century. We use the highest quality raw nibs from Honduras and raw cocoa from the Amazonian regions of Peru, carefully combined with organic dates for sweetness and seasoned with sea salt and extra virgin olive oil.
espresso coffee · cinnamon
Coffee originated in Ethiopia and first arrived in the Mediterranean around the mid-16th century. Our blend of Colombian arabica and Madagascan cinnamon is a classic combination and an ode to the origins of the ancient trade routes that flourished in the region.

Our blend of black French plums, wild blackberries, and sweet Mediterranean cherries has an intense and deeply fruity flavor that awakens the taste buds and is packed with nutrients that invigorate the mind.

Mediterranean Cantaloup melon, premium French apricots, and white peaches create the perfect summer taste that’s sweet & refreshing, while naturally increasing your body’s hydrating electrolytes during the warmest seasons.

To honor the most iconic Mediterranean fruit, we combine premium purple figs from Provence and sweet green figs from Spain, with a touch of quince for acidity, and balance it with the delicate, buttery flavor of organic Spanish pine nuts.

Can I sample flavors before buying?
Yes, absolutely.
Do your products contain added sugar or artificial sweeteners?
No refined sugars or artificial sweeteners are ever added, we only use whole fruit to sweeten our products.
Why do you only use fruit as the sweetener for your products?
Fruit brings natural depth, texture, and brightness that refined sugar simply can’t replicate. It also contains fiber and naturally occurring nutrients, creating a more balanced sweetness that feels satisfying rather than overwhelming.
Why do you soak the nuts in water overnight?
Soaking nuts helps remove some of their natural compounds, such as phytic acid, which can make digestion difficult for some people.
What ingredients are in your products?
Our ingredients are primarily Mediterranean — fruits, nuts, dairy, and spices — sourced for quality and seasonality. When an ingredient does not grow in the region (such as cacao or coffee), we source it from the best farms abroad. We never use artificial additives or refined sugar, just quality, natural food.
Do your products contain gluten?
Many of our products do not contain gluten as an ingredient. However, we do use spelt wheat in some items and cannot guarantee that any product sold in our shop is completely gluten-free due to shared preparation areas.
Do your products contain lactose?
We offer lactose-free options. Our Mediterranean Nut Gelato base contains only fruit and nuts, and many sauces and mix-ins are lactose-free. Please ask in the shop for a full ingredient list and allergen information.
Are your products vegan?
We offer a wide selection of vegan options. Our Mediterranean Nut Gelato base is made only with fruit and nuts. While some sauces and mix-ins contain eggs or honey, many are fully plant-based. A full ingredient list is available in the shop.
Where do your ingredients come from?
Except for the coffee beans, raw cacao, cinnamon, and some garnishes, all ingredients are carefully sourced from the Mediterranean region.
Are your ingredients organic?
Our nuts and seeds are organic, as well as most of the dried fruits but our other ingredients, while sourced from premium Mediterrean growers, are not certified as organic.
Do you offer gift cards or catering?
Not at the moment but possibly in the future.
